These terms cover your use of this website and the services Swartech provides. The specifics of any project are agreed separately, in writing, before work begins.
Our services
Swartech designs and builds websites and landing pages. The scope, timeline, and price for each engagement are confirmed in writing for that project. Anything not expressly agreed is not included.
Quotes & payment
Fees, payment schedule, and milestones are agreed in writing before work starts. Invoices are issued against those milestones and are payable by the date stated on each invoice.
Ownership of your site
On full payment, the source code and content we create for your project are yours to keep — you own them outright. Third-party libraries, fonts, and services remain under their own licenses, and any stock assets are used within their license terms.
AI-assisted development
We use AI tools to work efficiently, and every output is human-reviewed before it reaches you. Our safeguards are described on our business information page.
Liability
We deliver our work with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, Swartech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Mysore, India.
